Shipping Policy


This policy applies to (US) orders. The purpose of this policy is to provide a clear understanding of our shipping policies and procedures.

We offer free delivery on all orders.

Shipping, processing, order deadlines:

It usually takes 7-14 days (Monday to Friday) to ship the goods. Order processing time is 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday). The deadline for orders is 4:00 pm EST.

How can I know that I am ready to receive my order?

We will send you an email as soon as your order is ready.

How do you ship it?

We mainly use DHL to ship your orders. Your order will be processed at our facility and then shipped to the shipping company for complete processing. You will be given a tracking number so that you can track your order.

Do you ship your products overseas?

We are sorry, but we are currently only accepting orders from US. It cannot be shipped outside US. If you are ordering elsewhere in the world, please make sure your shipping address is in Japan.

Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

We will start working immediately after your order. Unfortunately, you cannot make changes to an order once you have placed it. In the limited circumstances of a particular carrier, you can request interception of the package, but we cannot guarantee changes. How can I track my order?

To track an order, you can track the order by visiting the Tracking Orders page and entering the tracking number.

Do I have to pay additional taxes or customs duties?

All orders sent to American customers are exempt from additional duties and taxes and the final price will be displayed at checkout.
